Clip Studio Paint is one of the best drawing programs on the market today. I don't use the 3d modeler at all, but there are some cool features that set it apart. Mostly I like it because it's the first program I've had where
everything just runs smooth the first time. To me it feels like the interface was made by actual artists, not lazy programmers.

Photoshop was never meant to be used for drawing, but works because it was an image editing software.
Gimp is also made purely for image editing, it's extremely powerful, but not very comfortable for drawing.
Krita is broken, when I first used it the brush palette was saving duplicates of my custom brushes. There's always going to be some things that don't work with it. The animation features in it are practically useless.
