i realised that i have anime and manga to thank for whatever i know. it was only because dumb 12 year old me spent hours looking up tutorials and obsessively doing figure drawing and making thousands of shitty fanart drawings that i got a base, and back then it wasnt work but genuine interest. to move to that next level im gonna have to repeat that level of obsessive work with a more focused direction i suppose.
