I've noticed with other hobbies that there's usually a famous high end brand that everyone knows about but also a few lesser known brands that aren't as famous despite either offering superior quality for the same price or equal quality for a lower price.

For example, Beats headphones are famous and highly regarded but less famous brands like Sennheiser and Beyerdynamic make superior headphones but aren't as well known among non-enthusiasts.

If Copics are equivalent to Beats what markers are equivalent to Sennheiser or Beyerdynamic?
