What is your digital drawing routine?
Mines;
>sketch it on paper
>sent it to my computer
>open up drawing program
>do lineart
>do the coloring
>shade

Rough layouts digitally either in Photoshop or Sketchup if I want to experiment with different angles of the the same environment.

Print out the layout, trace over it on my lightbox to add detail (I find this more organic, and I'm less likely to noodle and fuss working traditionally).

Depending on my mood I either ink it or just leave it as pencils.

Scan finished drawing and paint it digitally.

That's really neat. Haven't heard of that before! Here's what I do:
>Get an idea on what I want to convey (angle, mood, focal point)
>Do a few thumbnail sketches
>Pick my favourite and make it bigger + more detailed
>lineart
>color and shade
>use effects for public versions

If it's not a pic wih lineart:
>finish detailed sketch
>flat colors and paint
>effects for public version

i would add a subtle gradient in the sky, the sky tends to change colours where it hits the waters edge. also change the sea so it has a little more in common with the sky colourwise, as you have it now such a lovely day would create a sparkling blue sea.

Here's my graphite routine anon
>Scanned image on bottom layer
>Overlay layer immediately on top, put down some color so the graphite lines aren't gray
>Multiply layers on top for different areas of color in the image
>Additional tweak layers as needed
Here I'd say airbrush some different blue and green shades onto the water for variety. You might consider adjusting the contrast on your scan as well so that the waves stand out more.
