You know why? because they cant explain simple concepts and properties from rather simple software brush mechanics. I've seen it everywhere and /ic/ is no exception. Everyone has eyes and you don't need a remotely good eye to judge a piece.
I'm also just talking about the retards on the board that make threads about not having the will power to put in the effort to drawing, yet they still complain about loving art/drawing no matter what procrastination stage they are in.
