For the color just color without opaque.

Guys anon isn't looking for how to make lines like this, he wants a brush that can make him the art itself, something he needs to just move his hand randomly and get what he wants.

The lines seem to be slightly blurry. Duplicate you linework layer and aplly gaussian blur to it, then lower its opacity until you like the outcome and the move the blurred layer under your lineart layer

Take the png and use it to create a new brush. There's tutorials on how to make your own brush from a texture picture. Then just make the brush size like 1000, and tap once. Voila. You've created a stamp
