Incorporating lack of talent into my style

After several years of hard work I've come to the realization that I have some sort of mental defect or brain damage that leaves me unable to judge perspective and distances. It kinda makes sense since I can't even judge how fast cars are moving when I try to cross the road. Now that I have accepted my disability, is it acceptable to incorporate my failings into a "unique" art style? What I mean is my perspective will always be wrong, but can I make art with wrong perspective and be praised for it? Can obvious artistic errors give a piece charm and? I worried people might think I was high or something while drawing
