On top off that the gesture is extremely stiff and works against the focal point, which I assume is supposed to be the gun. The anatomy is just slightly off here and there. Like, you wouldn't see any ass cheeks from that angle so that hump on the side of her leg doesn't make sense. The background is pretty pointless, it's too close in value to the drawing and just adds to the monotony. It would literally have been better if they left the background plain white as that could have created some contrast at least.
Overall it just looks lazy and poorly considered.
