It's cute and aesthetically pleasing to weebs, but still technically skilled enough to come across as good. Proko is a professional artist that's pretty much-mastered fundamentals, at least enough to be able to draw anything he wanted. To weebs who only want to draw their waifus getting dicked or doing cute shit, artists like that seen as intimidating or superfluous and the easiest thing to do to someone you find intimidating is to try and tear them down from afar.
