The only way to learn anime is to observe anime, copy anime, do your own anime and then look at the goal. Correct until you've reached authenticity. It goes for all people but it's a bit harder for us since we didn't grow up in it.
No Loomis/Hampton/Robertson/Vilppu is going to make you draw anime, it's complete bullshit. Reaching an understanding of 3d and the planes of the face will, because when you have those you can simply slap the anime abstractions on your work. You can use Western fundies books or you can do it some other way. This thread is just insecure OP cope
