ahave you guys ever seen improvement in your art over a week? I'm trying to grind my ass off with fun with a pencil so that when winter break is over i can draw 10 times better than ever

I'm joking. If you're brand spanking new then a week with loomis will probably help a lot from where you were. However, it's a bad attitude to have in the long run. Focus on doing it right instead of doing it fast.

I'm not COMPLETELY new but i still consider myself a beginner (i did a few exercises from drawing on the right side of the brain and figure drawing for all its worth a year ago and took a drawing 1 class at college) I'm still shit in my opinion.

ok, how about 2 weeks? i don't go back to school until march 6 and i want to use all the time in the world. that's why i downloaded keys to drawing as well

its been a few days, and ive spent about 4-5 hours a day drawing loomis heads. i FEEL like I'm slightly improving. i know i understand construction and facial expression nuances a little better.

the thing i notice is like doing wwhat u r. draw llike a crazy person over break, then not draw like a month during finals and i can look back into my sketchbook and see that im doing something i couldn't before.

yea i put extra sour cream in my carne asada burrito and noticed ive been drawing slightly better since i ate that I think the fat from the sour cream gave me a slight boost in brain power

I plateau'd so hard, that I started declining.
A few weeks ago I decided to flip through my sketchbooks to see how far I've come, and I noticed my old lines were much more confident. If I had a vagina, I'd have cried all night.
