I know like in some countries, by law, you have something like 7 days to return any product (except in special cases, like people abusing that law).
I'd suggest to contact them and politely ask for a change.

Is there any other well-known available brand besides W&N/Raphaël & Rosemary? Got one Da Vinci/Gerstaecker Kolinksi, hairs also was in a meh shape; on their cheaper brush, the glue holding the handle just doesn't stick.
