so if you're going movie canon only, then Watto is just plain wrong (which is reasonable since he lives nowhere near Naboo) and if you go by wider canon, then Nubian Star Drives, Inc is the manufacturer of the ship, on Nubia, in the Core Worlds rather than Naboo, which is a Mid Rim world
