They already announced the Milestone reboot and Static's new comic. They even had a team slated for it. Though the issues with McDuffies wife are probably holding things up.

Didn't Denys come out and blame the other Milestone owners for caring more about multimedia adaptations than just making comics? He wants to do a Static comic and they just care about getting on tv or a movie

I’m not sure if that’s true but I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the only one who cared about making comics. He seemed really passionate about it on Kirkland’s secret history of comics and that DC in DC con thing.

I wish Static Shock fans would read his comics and appearances in other comics so more people would know that Static is suppose to be with Frieda and ship them together. Frieda is his main love interest after Daisy but no one knows that cause they didn’t show it on the cartoon.

Should combine stuff from the comics. Have Daisy, Frieda, gay Rick Stone, straight Richie Foley (Gear), and that black girl who was genetically modified. Also bring in Ebon and the cartoon villains.
