What's stopping Fox from showing Colossus in his human form? He's only 6'5 in human form but 7'5 in metal form.

Its cheaper to animate a character moving in the metal form than animate the metal form changing back and forth since you can reuse the metal form but you’d have to remake his changing form for each transformation otherwise it’ll look like a fucking magical girl cartoon

The X-Men are all about mutant angst. Look at Rogue and Cyclops and Nightcrawler and Kitty Pryde(before they forgot that she was default stuck intangible and had to concentrate to have physicality. They should have thrown our big stainless steel Russian farmboy into that situation as well. A gentle giant with the soul of an artist who can't even pick up a brush without crushing it into splinters.

And you're a normie for forgetting there were periods in the comic were he was stuck in metal form. And frankly, aside from eating and medical shit, I'd never power down if I was colossus, he apparently doesn't even need to breath and possibly doesn't age while metaled up.

That would be an even stupider thing to angst over than Rogue whining about not being to touch people, while the x-men simultaneously run into power nullification tech at least three times a month. It really wouldn't be hard to find a brush with a solid metal shaft, or possibly some kiddie brush thing that was made out a bendable material.
