Goku lives to fight, it's what he loves and that love leads him to make terrible decisions that endanger himself and the people around him.
Superman is a nice guy to the core and his desire to forgive even the most irredeemable characters puts those around him in danger.
It's up in the air but I'd say Goku only because he demonstrates that training and hard work lead to massive personal improvement (when he isn't pulling new hair colours out of his anus)

This isn't really a fault of Superman as a character, it's just another difference of formats. DB is one big story, Superman's comics are a collection of hundrerds of small stories.

Do you guys know that there is a thing called "fighting for sport" right?

Goku likes to fight for fun, and doesnt really want to kill his adversaries most of the time.

A world without violence WOULD be pretty boring for everyone (say goodbye for comics with fights and videogame), but a world where Goku can fight and nobody get killed by this? You bet that he would enjoy.

I can only think of Lex, Lobo, Bizzaro, Mxy, and Livewire and a couple of those weren’t due to Superman but someone else. I’m sure I am missing a couple
