I don't remember the name, but there's a channel I get somewhere in the high hundreds that pretty much exclusively shows extremely low budget cartoons and relatively obscure card-game adjacent anime.

So that's a pretty top-tier channel, I'd say.

Between Discovery, what happened to the History Channel, and National Geographic (the society) selling off National Geographic (the channel), a lot of my favorite channels have gone down the drain.

Discovery is a wreck. They cannot ride the wave of shows like they used to losing Mythbusters was a massive hit.

Yet History Channel seems to be having a Renaissance with original dramas and series.

Yea I can agree with the top of that list. But also include 90s Fox Kids, 90s Kids WB and the late 90s early 2000 Disney One Saturday Morning above 2011-2014 in that order.

Also honorable mention to BKN for the handful of good shows they had and Invasion America.
