>>99191664>It is though. AF had some good moments and ideas but it was pretty bland and dry trying to be too serious. In order to do a sequel to Ben 10 with him being older you need to be more serious. But AF didn't sacrifice fun and comedy when it did become more serious. It still felt just as fun. I don't think it was bland.
> UA was everything wrong with AF multiplied only to sell toys.Ben 10 is always made to sell toys dude. UA isn't really /that/ much worse than AF, in my opinion, story issues aside.
>OV was more loyal to the original and cleaned after the mess AF and UA made.No it wasn't. OV just ramped up the amount of comedy and wackiness without the charm any of the previous 3 shows had. It retconned stuff on a whim(seriously, what was the point of making the Plumber's Helpers into just some cheap brainwashed experiments of some lame villain?) while keeping other stuff it liked(the Plumbers being a galactic organization) and just really didn't feel like Ben 10 anymore.
>But honestly I find OV designs to be more unique and interesting compared to whatever Timmverse look AF was going for. Unique doesn't mean better. And I disagree in regards to interesting, if anything they're uninspired.
>Alien designs are way better in OV compared to AF and UA, Again I disagree. Not only did it ruin some of the returning aliens like Big Chill, Stinkfly, Four Arms, and Snare-oh, but the new aliens weren't anything special either. Ball Weevil looks like a pokemon. Bloxx is literally a toy. Bullfrag is kind of bland, should've looked more frog-like. Mole-Stache is bland and ugly. Pesky Dust is literally a fairy. Walkatrout is just a fish.
>and unlike the previous series alien background characters weren't copy and paste and all looked different, this especially shined in places like undertown. I'd say animation was much more fluid and smooth in OV too.Meh, I kinda liked how in the OS, AF, and UA the aliens mostly looked the same.
