To my knowledge this has never been released in English.
This was originally released in the German version of Peter Bagge's HATE.
Different German comic authors took on Buddy Bradley and created their own stories with him, each issue featured a few pages of these.
I've taken it upon me to translate the Buddy Bradley comics created by Guido Sieber, so here is the first page. I'm still in the process of translating and editing, so it will take at least a few more hours till I finish the rest.
Take it as a test if there even is any interest in having these.
