Pidge and Hunk are together when he gets to them, and together they manage to nick him a few times but nothing major before they're taken out too.
Coran gets swept aside without a second thought, leaving Lance

But he's a scrappy fuck, and just keeps standing up after every beating
From there, he could either hold out until Keith and Krolia manage to get there and Lotor has to pull back, or he could get put in traction when Lotor finally says 'fuck it, you guys were my friends but the plan comes before sparing you'.
I know it's cliche, but I like it literally every time this sort of thing happens
