That SONY remains to be incompetent. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not an idiot who thinks Disney is the only company capable of doing capeshit, but that teaser trailer was unacceptable. A teaser trailer is meant to get people talking, provide something tangible for them to think about and get excited. This trailer didn't do that, and only reinforces the idea that SONY doesn't have any idea on how to tackle the material. They have nothing to show, and the news surrounding SONY isn't encouraging either. We all know how they function thanks to those email leaks, and the news that they canceled Black Cat/Silver Sable shows their lack of faith in their comic projects.

No, the DCEU is not good. FoX-Men had some really dogshit films, and TASM2 was so bad it crashed a franchise.

I want it to fail because if Sony gets a good marvel movie that sells they might take their toys and go home.

I want it to succeed because an edgy, stylish, violent venom movie sounds like my shit, even though the trailer didn't look like any of those things.

Proof that Sony only made the deal with marvel because of the email leaks and pressure from Japan finding out about the offer.

The US side never wanted to give up on their spiderverse and now are showing they're so egotistical and mislead they think they can push forward without spiderman.

These are the same cunts that tried to pitch an aunt may movie.

Maybe it'll be good but it'll be a fluke if it is.
