Not overused as far as I know, but I feel like bringing it up.
>villain develops amnesia
>hero/heroes help villain either out of the goodness of their heart or because they don't know it's a villain
>villain regains memories
>instead of going back to the status quo, villain stays with the good guys
Bonus points if the villain is a girl and becomes a love interest.

I actually find those to be one of the more interesting cliches. It shows the villain interacting more with the hero on a personal level and it also shows the villain in a good light.

It's really good, we need more like this.
