The Incredibles defeat the Underminer, but are blamed for the collateral damage and forced to relocate. Elastigirl is later recruited by telecommunications mogul Winston Deavor, who is fascinated by Supers and wants to have them legalized once again, to lead a team of young superheroes sponsored by his company, in order to turn public opinion to their favor. Winston’s sister, inventor Evelyn Deavor, develops new suits for the team. One of the new heroes, Voyd, is Elastigirl’s biggest fan. Winston considers Mr. Incredible and Frozone too prone to destruction to join in, so Mr. Incredible has to stay home looking after Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack, and finds out Jack-Jack has powers.

Elastigirl and her team face a new villain, the Screenslaver, who brainwashes people through hijacked electronic signals. Elastigirl finds out that Evelyn is the Screenslaver. Evelyn mind-controls Elastigirl and her team, and later mind-controls Mr. Incredible and Frozone when they find out the truth and attempt to rescue Elastigirl and her team.

Violet and Dash infiltrate a fundraiser in Winston’s yacht gathering businessmen, politicians and military officials, where Evelyn plans to use the brainwashed Supers to hold them hostage. They manage to remove the hypnosis goggles from Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl and Frozone, and the they must face the brainwashed Supers in order to stop Evelyn.

Winston and Jack-Jack manages to destroy the source of Evelyn’s signal, freeing the Supers. Evelyn attempts to escape in a plane, but Voyd and the Incredibles stop her and she’s arrested. The world embraces Supers once again, and the Incredibles return to action alongside the new generation, now led by Voyd.
