>>98179555>health problemsMy man, permit me to blogpost a bit.
I used to have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I had that since I was in 3rd grade and visited my grandparents in Kansas for the summer. I got covered in ticks one time after a trip to the lake to fish with grampa. Next year I started getting 'growing pains' even though I was the shortest in my class. I lived pretty much constant chronic pain until I was 23. When I was 15, my rheumatologist at children's hospital told me I probably should seriously consider NOT having children since he believed my disorder was genetic.
It wasnt. It turned out I have a virus. Coxsackie B virus to be specific. Eventually something happened and I wound up in the hospital with flu-symptoms and a horrible pain in my heart. I caught some form of myocarditis, and the infectious disease doctor looked at my medical history and said "Wait... most of my patients have this history. I've cured patients with this exact symptoms and diagnosis. It just requires anti-virals"
So for a year I went on anti-virals. It was the most painful year of my life. Imagine being in so much pain in your hips that you cannot relax the muscles necessary to take a pee. Instead you have to shove your fist into your stomach and tense your abs to take a pee.
After the end of that year. I was cured. I can run up and down a flight of stairs with no pain. do squats, backflips the whole fucking thing
Never give up hope. Just find a new doctor for a 2nd opinion. Never forget that to a surgeon, every problem can be solved with surgery. To a man with a hammer, every problem must be a nail.
