Pedophilia, is not a crime. It's an attraction/fetish. Now ACTING on it would be a crime, as in child molestation.
The paralel with violent comics is similar. You can like blood and violence and not be a murderer. Makes you a disturbed person, but not a killer.
So you can be attracted to kids and kiddy toons, be a pedophile, but not act on or commit any crime. The same as ypu can enjoy violence in video games or toons without acting on it and commiting any crimes.
Pedophile is such a harsh word, no one wants to admit to being one. Even if you fit the description, you can say it's not pedo unless you act on it.... no, that just means you aren't a child molester.
So jerking off to lolicon doesn't make you a child molester. Pedo, technically. That being said, i can get into lolicon WITHOUT looking at any kids like that, or ever acting on it.
Touchy subject, apparently. But that's where i stand on it. Liking loli might make you creepy or disturbed, like enjoying snuff/gore flicks, but doesnt make you a danger to children or murderer.
