Pink haired bitch was just a way to create faux tension in a film where literally an entire good 35 minutes of the movie (The casino shit) could've been cut out with basic communication. She would have been shit even if she was a CG blog.
Black guy part: Lando also did shit. Finn was fine in the first movie, but gradually got worse and eventually degraded into the comic relief. He feels like a Michael Bay side character thrown into Star Wars. The fact that Poe has really awkward comedy too and people hate it shows that people aren't shitting on Finn for being black, but for his crappy jokes.
