>>97877203At the time I didn't really think that far ahead cause you know, 5 years old, but at least for me it would be as that species, it makes it easier to self-insert as the male character, and is more escapist and less stuff to worry about. It's like The Sword in the Stone scene where he turns into a squirrel and gets assaulted by a squirrel girl.
