I wish I knew. Frank "Islam's The Bomb" Miller had a bit of a writing rut after this and I'm not sure if he ever got out of it (I haven't read DKIII yet).
It's a shame because he used to be a really damn good writer in the 80s, but this book just feels incoherent as fuck. Holy Terror is even worse, I don't remember a damn thing from that one aside from its hilariously retarded writing such as "So, Mohammed...." and "I'm bored. Let's steal a car."
