The first four were an ongoing show, idiot. This is the first reboot.

He was 10 in OS (Original Series), 15 in AF (Alien Force) and 16 in UA (Ultimate Alien) and OV (Omniverse)

And the Reboot's actually good on it's own merit, they finally had Ben turn into a Vilgax alien, and Dr. Animo's a legitimate villain again, not a joke.

I think they were both kind of similar in the kididshness. It's just that one of the shows had "mature" teenagers and the other had goofy kids.

agreed. I liked the OS because it felt more self-aware, like it knew not to take itself overly seriously, but still enough to make or cool episodes. Vilgax and Ghostfreak were awesome villains.

Maybe its because I started with the OS, but I hated what they did with Kevin in the new shows.

It has only been rebooted ONCE.

The original series, alien force and Omniverse all shared the same timeline.

Ben10 (2016) is the new universe where the story taken place after the 2010s . An era when smartphone has become common. The original Ben10 took place in the mid 2000s era but before 2010s. It was before smartphone was invented. By Alien force and near the end of Omniverse, Ben10's timeline was at the emergence of the iPhone and android. Probably around 2012. Same timeline as Gravity Falls.
