>>97343437I mean beyond progressively bigger theropods and dakotaraptor(a species of raptor the size of the jp raptors that was a contemporary of T.rex to boot) there are only a handful of bigger species
About 3 or 4 Carcharodontosauruids (Allosaurus on steroids with giant bony nose plates)
Spinosaurus and possibly Oxalaia(south American equivalent of spino)
and if you want to get extremely esoteric there are fragmentary theropods like Epanterias, Torvosaurus and Saurophagonax that may have been bigger than Rex
On the other dinosaur family trees there are some truly gigantic thinks like the SPVOW's Barosaurus with a 17 m neck and the frill and horn combos on some Centosaurines are downright bizarre but there all herbivores so probably lack the impact of a theropod.
Since Spinos makeover you only really have the Carcharodontosaurs as comparable to Rex
One other option is to go for is perhaps a mix of both raptor and rex(not indomidus) but Carnotarurus a mid sized Abelisaur that was decently bigger than any Dromeosaurid and adapted for sprinting
