Clarence is a goofy show but not self aware,Teen Titans go is goofy and self aware
Self aware shows got no immersion so they don't get final villains, people don't make theories about the plot, there is no need to make theories about the plot because those shows got no consistent plot, any character can have mutiple background histories, things get retconned every single time.
OK KO try to be serious with professor venomous plans,Carol and Gars past etc, there is misteries, this don't mix well with this kind of cartoon at all.
A good example: powerpuff girls was a silly show but consistent, the new powerpuff girls is even more silly and not consitent, with no continuation and fourth wall being broken each 5 minutes.
