It's that time of year again. Time to share holiday comics, cartoons, comradery, traditions, and spread some cheer to your fellow anons.
As previous years share your Amazon wishlist and some random Anon may purchase a holiday gift for you. I'll have two of these pastebins going, one filled with the ungifted wishlist codes and another with all wishlists that have been posted this year.
To get your wishlist code open you wishlists on Amazon, then click on the name on the left side of the page it will update the URL at the top after /wishlist/. If you are using one of the international versions of Amazon please let us know when you post your list.
If you frequent the threads please don't spam your list number, if you want to keep sharing it please only post it once per thread. Just because you've posted your list doesn't mean someone will purchase you a gift. It's random how Anon's will choose who to buy for. But please take a look through some of the lists and see if there's anyone/thing you want to gift.
The pastebins will be updated at least once a day, if you have any questions or concerns you can email Elusive at elusive@techie.com
Amazon changed how their lists work so please post letting us know when you buy gifts for someone.

Ho, Ho, /co/ The time has come for a prize round crypto quiz!!! The rules are simple. These are letter replacement puzzles that are concealing a Christmas quote/reference/lyric. The letters in the crypto stand in for another letter...or more. Because of this, some of these puzzles are very difficult. Though I try to build all of them to break down with one or two good assumptions. Still, you may want to get out some scratch paper. As this is the first puzzle, it will be the easiest of the season. Solve it faster than anyone else to win a fabulous prize! When you solve the puzzle, spoiler the solution so that people who want to keep playing can do so. Include your wishlist so that I can gift the fuck out of you. One prize per wishlist. >>97164777 >>97164777 The boys down in Germ Warfare came up with a few solutions.
One used a frequency counter, found the e's, and realized there was something amiss.
Another saw a nine letter word, assumed it was Christmas, then noticed it had to be backwards.
Yet another guessed the single letter was A and somehow caught the same assumption above.
The first version of the puzzle had a semicolon instead of a dash, which some noticed was very odd and clued them into there being a trick. Though they didn't catch it, so I took it as being more confusing than helpful.

With Advent being Christianity's preparation for the birth of Christ and, therefore, a time for reflection, the last day of November - St. Andrew's Day - is (at least in Poland) traditionally the last day before Christmas Day where you get to party. The night before that is considered a great time for fortune telling (although in modern times the two days are squished together), the most popular being a form of ceromancy - pouring molten wax into a bowl of water (through the keychain hole in a key) and casting a shadow of the lump formed on the wall, you can catch a glimpse of what the future holds for you.

I've been waiting all fucking year for this. Happy December you glorious bastards. Hope you're all doing well. Great to see you all again. Short story with me - for those who remember, shit hit the fan with me. I was made redundant two years ago just before xmas, when my wife had just had a kid. To make matters worse, a stupid medical contition I suffer from decided to cripple me, rending me unable to leave the house. Luckily I had a lot of redundancy money to fall back on. Last year I was pumped full of medication, had a number of drug infusions and shit to keep me ticking. Last December it all got so bad I ended up in hospital. Not fun. In the middle of this year I had major surgery to remove some of my insides. Among these, I'm the proud owner of a bag on the hip that I shit in. Plesant. I just found out today that I'm going in again next week December for more surgery. They're going to cut me open and take a few more bits out. Obviously not very fun, but what can you do, right? So when I can I'll be joining in from the ward. I'll look at setting up a 24h cartoon stream/chat like last time. Christmas threads are awesome. Here's the good news though. During the redundancy year, I gave myself a year to become an author full time. I had always wanted to be one and the day to day job was crushing me. Go pro, like. If I failed then I went back to "normal" jobs. I'm happy to say I was picked up for a 3 book deal with a major publisher this January, a dream come true as you can imagine. The third book is being released next year. I made it folks.

Incidentally, who was the anon who brought me Mog the Forgetful cat from the wishlist? You may like to know the kid is old enough to appreciate it now and insists I read it every night to him.
The amazon message is stuck in the back as a constant reminder. Would be nice to thank them.

Mr X(mas list)
Happy (almost) December /co/, last thread I posted a list of Christmas films I was looking to potentially watch over the Holidays (1 a day is the plan). After receiving recommendations I created a pastebin list including all the specials I had complied for others to make use of and make easier to share.
If you have any films or TV specials you would like to recommend I would be glad to add them to the list. I will try and update it at least once a day. Hopefully my merry /co/mrades can find a use for it.

Okay I'm setting up the stream room. URL is:
https://www.watch2gether.com/rooms/acochristmas-kt2ijwabbjmgxtgg1c It should be drop in for anyone who wants to watch old cartoons and xmas specials. Everything from Chip n Dale to The Christmas Tree. If you've not seen the latter... I envy you. I'll add to it as I go along, or I'll mod people up to add videos along the line.

>>97182016 I usually watch the JL episode Comfort and Joy, and I've tried to make The Muppets' Christmas Carol a family tradition, but last year everyone left to do something else before the movie was over so that's probably not happening.
