1. What is the character's role?
2. How often will this character be in the story?
3. Is there other huge titty women in the story. If so, is there a reason for it?
As you see in pic related, old girl's breasts are used as a funny joke, which is fine. The problem (If you wanna call it that) comes in when you see there are other huge titty character's that take up main roles, and more over these characters are consistently used for fanservice.
There is nothing wrong with that if you ask me, but if you dont wanna be seen as a pseudo erotica, then remember that boobs are a secondary characteristic, and should be added thoughtfully.
You wouldn't give every man in a story a huge bushy beard just because, so give the same consideration to your ladies when you are adding a cup size to your naive helper character.
Size doesn't matter if you ask me, but you can't have your main character be a huge titty monster, and expect people to take you seriously in the start.
