>>96915688Well, in the context of the DCAU he had been depowered before when that one hologram guy put a red filter over the sun.
Also, he lost his powers gradually, not suddenly.
Also, he's had years of experience at that point being superman. Being used to fighting creatures and robots and magic jerks of comparable physical power. This was him rising to an occasion and adapting. I don't know why you seem so hard pressed to prove a point, but I do see why no one has the patience for the goalpost you seem to be setting.
Overall did you like the episode in question? This would be second season of Justice League, after they reverted his character design to remove the extra facial lines.
>>96916104>>96916267All Star Superman is a very different Superman. DCAU Superman was initially created to be far less powerful than silver or even modern age depictions of the character when he was starting out. Struggling to stop the fall of an air liner, or fight a giant walking tank.
All Star Superman is meant to be an endpoint for a very silver age inspired rendition of the character. Its a non canon conclusion or death of an idealized version of Superman. In which after stopping a Biological Weapon created by Lex Luthor, he is exposed to the Sun at close proximity and some kind of accelerating agent which causes him to absorb too much solar energy which kickstarts a process that is his own powers killing him while also putting all his abilities into overdrive. Its a good story and I highly recommend it.
