I need a comic for me and my girlfriend to read. Something resembling a good tv show. You can choose the subject but not something well known, I've read many well known comic books.

Already read Locke and Key, it turned to crap in the endgame, I think I tried AV but did not like it and I'll see what Ex Machina is.

Well then I might suggest The Unwritten, that's got a decent story, or Judge Dredd, that's episodic, like one might argue the first three acts of Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines are.

Didn't like that one. Felt too much like a bad sitcom (in writing sense, not humor itself). Also felt really over stylized to the point of trying to cram in old printing blotches and inadequacies done in digital medium.
