That Oxytocin study stands out to me though because I was recently reading some other Oxytocin study where it said it made you more cooperative to your in-group, yet less cooperative with out-groups, so this and that are blatantly contradictory. The social pressure part may be the answer, if the social pressure came from the in-group, increased in-group cooperation could be the cause I suppose.
