Lobdell teased it a while back in an interview, I think. He also teased a sort of reunion with a different universe Outlaws (Jason, Kori and Roy still hanging out with each other in the same team), even before that, but apparently, that plot was dropped. We don't know if the Earth-3 arc was dropped too. We will see soon, I guess, once the solicits arrive.

Should I support this book also? I feel like adding a team book to my current DC Rebirth reading list and this seems ideal. It seems like Jason Todd is forming his own Bizarro Justice League or Anti-Leauge of sorts, besides that convince me to pick this up in trades.

Worse than Nightwing, Tec and Batman but better than Batgirl, Batgirl BoP, Beyond and Batwoman.

So in terms of Bat family books it's about middle of the pack but in terms of overall DC sales it's on the lower side but not quite in danger territory yet. Which is why people should pick up the single issues, so it doesn't get to that point.

It's not worse than Nightwing. It's over the same, but more regular. Nightwing has better issues, but also worse: more irregular overall. Can't speak for Tec, but Batman being better, that's probably true, even if I don't enjoy it more than RHATO. But the Outlaws is probably my favourite book right now: so much fun and feels.
