Brittany is a Red Head so naturally one one think she would have Green Eyes but her actual Eye Color is Blue.
Eleanor is a Blonde so one would think that she would have Blue Eyes but her actual Eye Color is Brown.
Jeanette is a Brunette so one would think that she would have Brown Eyes but her actual Eye Color is Green (well it's actually Turquoise but you get the idea)
