>>94174148Sure, but from Ted's perspective, this is all justified. What's a dream for Gwen is a nightmare for him. He's only here because of her and wants to get back home at any cost, and it's unfair to both Teddy and their parents for Gwen to stay here and abandon the people that love and care about her so she can murder people without remorse.
The people in the comic universe suffer from her being there, and the people in the real world suffer from her staying in the comic universe.
Us excluded, obviously. We would suffer from her going back home because then we wouldn't have our QTP2T murderfu anymore. It is EXTREMELY selfish of Gwen to act this way.
But then, the wrinkle becomes the fact that they can't actually return to their world. The best they could do is return to an exact, "fictional" replica of it. Which for Teddy is all fine and good, but for Gwen is even worse than going back. All the existential crisis of being stuck inside a comic book without any of the fun of getting to wear tights and beat up super-villains.
