>>94107117MoS would be mostly the same, change the title for something more like ''Man of Tomorrow'' a bit more hopeful imo. Keep the times jumps from past (Clarks childhood) and the present
Clarks age from 32 or whatev to early 20's, he haven't got to Metropolis yet, show more of Lana Lang, Clark Kent and Pete Ross and Alex Luthor friendships.
Show that he a good childhood, up to the point where his powers starts to show and Pa&Ma can only help so much with that. You'd have the LOSH show up and invite him to the future (thats offscreen, we jump back to the present) It gives Clark something to aim for; Superman.
Ma and Pa Kent message and education is more akin to the comics, Pa dosen't die in the Tornado, instead, he still says to Clark not to save him but instead of doing nothing Clark puts on a ski mask or something and save him anyway.
Keep the stuff with Zod being neck-snapped, the other kryptonians into the Phantom Zone, Lois being in midst of all that and falling in love with Clark, not Superman.
The endgame of the movie should be like MoS intended, Clark's turns his back on Krypton (by destroying the mother ship and killing Zod) to focus on becoming Earth's protector.
I'd only have the Bale's/Nolan Batman active before hand who after his seemingly retirement has been followed by a bunch of vigilantes like Robin(s), BatGirl, BatWoman, BatWing, Green Arrow etc etc. Affleck's Batman should be Richard Wayne not Bruce.
Thats how i'd do the first movie, lots of focus on building up Clark Kent persona, his powers, his limits. The second movie will be more about the world he's going to live in, a dark and broody world, a world that has given up on themselves. It's easy to understand that Supes going to give a little more light and big ole push forward to humanity. 2nd main vilain would be Brainiac obv.
