Logan was the one exception because it actually tried something new for the X-Men franchise, and cape films in general, by not actually being a superhero film. Instead it was a film about a superhero trying to come to gripes with his aging, failing body and doing right by the closest thing he's ever had and will ever have to a legitimate child.
But the rest of them are just such formulaic trash at this point it's depressing.
GotG 2 barely added anything new.
Wonder Woman only felt like a huge step up because BvS and SS were huge piles of rancid dog shit.
And Homecoming? Homecoming was just more of the same generic MCU garbage.
