The title is something like:
"Beautiful at night
Affectionate and seductive"
Then the guy is asking: "I fill you the Tamalito?"
She answers: "...with banana leaves"
this is a too local and dull joke.
And in the inferior part it says something like:
"Plenty of CREAM for the Tamal of the RAT"
I'm not really sure about the correct translation of "Nata" maybe "custard" could be more apropiate than "cream", anyway this another local, dull joke because "NATA" rimes with "RATA", also in this kind of books the "albur" (double meaning words) is very used so probably it could be really hard to translate into other languages (probably it could be hard to understand even for other latin american people).
BTW on the side it says basically "18 or older", although usually for the guy on the stands it doesn't matter if you are 18 or not if you have the money.
