>>93849674>Input lag it's a couple of framesThe controls aren't tight at all it feels like I'm controlling a robot and not directly controlling the character
The fact that I as an Ivy main have 2 of my most powerful moves (Her slide and her fireball) hidden behind abilities that I can only unlock by random chance. Then on top of that I can't even use them in ranked. I'm all for customization but just put the moves in the kit or just make the option there not stupid random chance drops.
Zoning is so fucking broken. Don't tell me to just TP when I'm left -6 on it leaving me at more of a disadvantage than just taking the chip. I feel like if your character can't zone or TP you shouldn't be playing them no matter how good you are becuase the games mechanics.
It overall feels super casual input wise which I can overlook but in the same vein it rewards button mashing and cheap tactics as well. It's not fun to learn becuase I feel like I learned it in an hour. Also universal one button supers??? Why that's lame
There's not balance. For example. Deadshot should not be able to sit full screen have fire balls in all directions as well as these resulting in knock downs and being able to juggle. It's to powerful and requires near perfect parrying to get in to. Because the mix ups are so strong. It doesn't help he do the 4 shot where if you jump you still get hit. You can TP in but it's easy to get punished most of the time
In any other game there would be a way to Ex in and punish this or slide under the fire balls but to my knowledge there's not.
DLC. 4 characters in 3 months??? It's nice there's all the single player stuff but that's not what I play fighting games for.
Zoning also rewards the zoner too much meter wise.
And while I can easily punish most zoners it's still not fun playing a fighting game when 1/3 matches turn into a full screen zoning game. It just feels like everyone tries to cheese online and I guess that's the communities fault not the games.
