Ock's done so much shit now he's basically his arch-enemy by default, even more than before, but the whole thing is just so contrived and badly written. It's not satisfying to watch them fight, because Ock just got to do whatever in his little fanfiction story. Even the whole "I signed my name on your company", which would be super cool if another villian did it, comes of as more cringy. All Otto does now is cuck Pete at every possible opportunity, just because he's so smart and better than Peter.
I mean sure, Otto used to be a fat nerd, but he atleast had some, I dunno, dignity? Slott writes him like a manchild with no impulse control.
