Historical speaking, there were several cultures who accpeted the view of a third gender: The berdache from Illinois, Hijra from India and quariwarmi from Peru.
Gender and sex are something different, there are only three forms xy, xx and xxy.
You can identify yourself what you want, as woman, as intersex or as an attack helicopter, that does not change your biology. (Except if we get to develop retrviruses, than you can change your chromosoms into whatever, I for myself hold a superior view: To fail is to be flesh, only metal endures)
To insist that your view changes your sex is just contrary to science.

You can't really detect someone's religion by his appearence (Mabe by his clothes or accessories). If you can than I would advise you to start your own religion because you have the ability to look at someone's soul.
