but there are plenty of purely comedic episodes these days that suck ass, so it's not like the show would never have declined without her.
actually I think Sugar could've taken things in a positive direction had she stayed and been REALLY involved in the writing. Like, as involved as she is in her own show, or even more. AT's problem has always been half-ass uncommitted drama/romance, not the mere presence of these things.
