I work at Warner Television. Wally and Roy were the first two characters they hired since they have actors already. They won't be regulars however. Only recurring. Colton has a few movie deals and hasn't the time to be every week. Keiynan will film when not busy on the Flash.

Nope. He's never even been suggested as becoming an Outsider. In fact, it being originally Batman and later Nightwing's team and finally a part of Batman, Inc., I highly doubt Jason would ever even be allowed on the team since he's a murderer, which was the entire point of him forming the Outlaws.

I think it was moreso a consequence of Dick not dying in Infinite Crisis. I remember hearing that Jason was supposed to become Nightwing, but since Dick didn't die, that lead to the Brothers in Blood storyline or something.

There were many talks and meetings about deals with Netflix. People assumed it would be there because they were actively trying to get it there. And considering the history Netflix has with picking up shows willing to pull most of the weight, I can only imagine the sticky wheel being DC.

Ask all the video game companies who abandoned Steam for their own specialized distribution service how well that went.

And Netflix isn't standardized like Steam. There are a lot of big competitors: Amazon, Hulu, HBO Go, Xfinity, Verizon, almost every other cable provider, every network streams their own programs, MLBAM (mainly sports though like MLB and NHL), even fucking Twitter streams shit now

YJ ended before any of the CW Flash characters were cast outside of maybe Cisco and KF. Completely unrelated.

But even generally cartoons and live action are completely separate when it comes to things like that. The only intersection is when it comes to merchandise and CW Flash doesn't have anything that would compete with YJ so it wouldn't be an issue.
