Guys, I've been thinking, what if EMH carol secretly kills off 616 Carol after witnessing how badly she screwed over the main universe. Think about it.
After the usual circlejerk of "Oh this person is an obviously better version of myself" EMH Carol decides to look around and see all of the 'great things' that the main version of her has accomplished including, but not limited to: Forced interment, minority reporting anyone that had a differing opinion, and lets not forget putting the very person who recruited you into the Avenegers into a coma that he may never get out of.
EMH Carol decides to confront 616 and 'ask' her how she decided to royally screw over everyone. 616 says it was for the 'greater good'
Long story short, EMH 'accidentally' lasers 616 Carol and secretly takes here place.
