>>91580319Well, I do like seeing the contrast in how Dorothy and Walky deal with bad news. I imagine she's furiously: looking at the effect this will have on her grades, figuring out what her options are for appealing the grade or leaving the class, studying what she missed, prepping for some other assignment or playing angry birds.
This is actually a fairly sweet Leslie moment as well, although it's still weird Becky came to class without dealing with Joyce's suspicions at all. Also Becky's panel is atrocious, but what can you do, she going to be an obnoxious character forever and everything important will go her way.
>>91590345>Can't Leslie just call the cops and have Robin removed?I'm hoping that it'll turn out that like how she couldn't wait to help Becky, now that she knows Robin is queer, she wants to help her by letting her stay and not escalating to police involvement. Also, Robin is her crush despite how terrible a person she seems to be, so she literally can't bring herself to shut her out.
Besides, where would she find another cute, hispanic, politically active/successful, closeted queer person who is a mean idiot *but* is actually a decent human being. 9/10 ain't half bad, so she's sticking with Robin.
>>91590656I think that's why he makes the questionable people that he wants to explore women or queer. Like there's no way he'd have a male straight in Robin's position. Even though she's an incredibly shitty person of a character everyone's fine with her to contrast with, say, Mike. Although he is queer as well, but Willis justifies his sexual identity to be whatever lets him be a jerk, so it doesn't really sink in. Danny on the other hand went from being constantly insulted to being liked when he started becoming bi-curious.
