I don't know, /co/.

On the one hand I want to support it because of the story and because MAI NIGGA Dr Fate is in, but on the other I've been spoiled by stuff like xenoverse. In terms of moving around the environment it's much more free and feels more like a 'real' battle instead of being almost locked along an axis.

I have the exact opposite problem. I miss the Budokai style DBZ games and just cannot get in to the Xenoverse games at all. I'm really fucking glad NRS moved away from games on a 3D plane after Midway went under. Mainly because they weren't very good at it.

For know we know of premium skins, like making Supergirl into Powergirl, but nothing on normal alt costumes. Probably there won't be, as gear combination makes them kinda pointless. tho know that you say it, it's kinda sad there may not be and we are stuck to having the base costume or the two-to-five variations we may do. (that's still a lot, tho)

If he did get any bigger it wasn't very noticeable. I'd say the effect is even lamer than in IJ1 because at least there you could see visible changes to the model because wasn't entirely covered in gimp leather.

If by alternate costumes you mean gear, I was wondering the same thing. It would be nice, but there's a good chance they won't.

The most likely scenario is that the effects of the equipped loadout will be active, but you won't see the gear on the premier model.

I wouldn't complain tbqh. The premiers look good enough for me as they are.

Kek, if anything his debuff timer needs a buff, at least when not overcharging. The amount of time he stays in debuff state after burning through all levels, and the damage he takes at level 3 debuff is ridiculous. Like what's even the point of doing 20% more damage for 5 seconds when you're going to take almost twice the amount for 10 seconds, move slowly, and do no damage.

However his overcharge debuff time seems alright. It looks like it's just around 4 seconds.

Agreed. They explain within the story why Deadshot is with them, but having a big gathering of villains and not including Manta just feels weird. He's the only major iconic villain that's Legion of Doom-tier besides Toyman and Riddler that hasn't shown up in either game or the comic. And in those two's case it's because they aren't big on one to one combat.

I never realized how much I wanted Spawn until he became a real possibility for DLC. He has so much potential for a really cool fighting game moveset and SCII was all focused on that axe instead of his powers. If they do add him I really hope they get Michael Jai White or Keith David to voice him.

Heart of Ice. Literally just Heart of Ice. Mr. Freeze was King Tut-tier before Batman: TAS as far as DC villains go. And realistically he hasn't done that much in the comics even after Heart of Ice. I enjoy Freeze as a villain, but all the casuals saying Freeze is some iconic villain and questioning why Cold is being used instead of him are saying so purely because of his interpretation in TAS.

The story revealed in the first chapter available at the demo opens with Batman and Robin (Damian Wayne) in the Batwing when it’s suddenly hacked and they have to eject. They’ve been arguing about Superman’s use of force to kill the Joker. Obviously, Batman doesn’t cross that line but Damian disagrees. They end up in a prison where Superman confronts Batman, leading the Dark Knight to use a red kryptonite grenade to weaken the Man of Steel and they fight. I believe you should use this cover, change the characters at the top to Harley Quinn/Captain Cold/Firestorm/Poison Ivy.

Add Supergirl and Black Canary to the bottom characters, and update everyone to their Injustice 2 outfits.

Canary is from the Injustice universe. Fate just sent her to an alternate Earth to save her. The Ollie she brought along is from that one, not the "good" earth from the first game. So far we haven't seen anything from that good universe in Injustice 2.

Some of the pre-fight dialogue in the beta suggests that the alternate universe characters from the first game are back.

Not sure about the actual story, though.
